It Was A Cold Couple of Days...

I'm going to say it now before I don't mention this at all, and this little intro is just to say that from now on until mid-June, posts will not be to their usual standard due to GCSEs, which start a month today for me. It is going to be super tiring and stressful so my blog has to take a step back for now. I do have a few things planned however that I'm hoping to get up throughout the exam season.
I wanted today's post to be a simple one, I did have something planned but I would rather put this post up first, because I haven't posted some photography in such a long time, and we had family friends up this week so spent a lot of time at the beach, so I took a fair few photos that I wanted to share as I enjoy photography a lot! It was also freezing, we definitely didn't have a good few days in terms of the weather!

Not sure when the next time you'll see me is, but have an incredible week! love,

The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Face Mask Review

100% vegan Tingling charcoal clay maskEnriched with Community Trade tea tree oil from KenyaPacked with bamboo charcoal from the Himalayan foothills and green tea leaves from JapanAbsorbs excess oilFor skin that needs extra purification to reveal a healthy, youthful glowDematologically tested
I am a big lover of The Body Shop and if you remember back in November tine, I attended one of their parties, and one thing that I really was excited to pick up was the Himalayan Charcoal Mask, which I know has been raved about by several YouTubers. Now I have had some time to try this out I have decided to write about it!

The Body Shop say that this mask "draws out impurities and refines the appearance of pores for healthy-looking skin with a glow that shows." I definitely agree with this as after using this product my skin feels so much nicer and more fresh in a way, and you have the feeling of nice clean skin!

When you first apply the product, it does feel extremely tight on your skin a…

Easter Sunday GRWM!

Happy Easter everyone! I'm back today with another get ready with me as I enjoy writing these posts, as it incorporates both fashion and beauty: things I am both passionate about. And today I am out for an Easter meal, so I decided to get a little bit dressed up, which I don't do often but I do really enjoy! However I did keep my makeup fairly natural because I am loving that look at the minute!

(I'm childish at heart) I decided to go with a smart-casual look so started with my usual pair of New Look Black Jenna Jeans, and accessorized with my Black Belt from Primark. I paired this with a Striped Shirt from Miss Selfridge, which I don't wear enough but I really liked this. To finish the look off, I wore my not so White Converse (which isn't even in the picture!), as well as my Rose Gold Hoops from Topshop, and a bracelet from Guess which was from my boyfriend.

Where I've Been...

It feels weird to be back here as the past two posts were pre-written so I haven't really been on the blog which is bad, but life has really gotten busy recently, so I do apologize for this, and I hope to be back soon.
Since my birthday, lots has gone on, and the day I'm writing this and the day it goes up, I am currently suffering from pharyngitis. which means I have been extremely tired and not really able to do much, or eat a lot too. This has resulted in so far, 3 days off school, which I am actually not pleased about as I have a major deadline this week that I feel won't be reached. Apart from that, school has been going okay, but it is the main reason I haven't been able to blog because it has taken priority now as my GCSEs are only 2 months away, which has come around too quick.
Another reason I have not been too active is because of dance. On Saturday, I pushed through the pain from my pharyngitis, and performed 2 dance shows that my dance school hold annual…

I'm 16! I also haven't done a GRWM since the Festival GRWM which was back in July which is crazy now that I think of it! I have also wanted to do this post since I started blogging, and as I was out for a meal for the day before my birthday, I thought this was the time to write it!

I kept my hair very simple and just straightened it as I needed to wash it anyway and I thought it looked best down and straight.

it's mee: one year on!

It's crazy to think that 1 year ago today I began this incredible experience, and one year later, despite being inconsistent recently, I am still here, posting for you all.
This post is just a massive thank you, to anyone who reads, supports and helps me with my blog, or has collaborated in the past, I want to thank you all for being there and helping me through my first year of blogging. I was an inexperienced 15 year old (I mean only just, today's my birthday!) when I started last year, but i have gained experience from my friends. my followers and the bloggers I enjoy reading!

Writing was something I was never confident in doing and something I always thought I struggled with but having this blog has helped me to express myself, and to share my opinions with you all, ones that may not be popular but opinions can never be right or wrong. As well as writing, I also believe that my photography has improved dramatically over the past year or so, and that is partly down to th…
