July Faves!!

Image
Where is this year going?? I say this every month but really, how is it nearly August already?! I'm just happy now, I finished school 5 days ago which is really late, but I'm so happy year 10 is over!! Today I'm writing a favourites post, and I always love writing these because they are the easiest posts for me!

My first favourite is my Adidas Gazelles. I got these for my birthday and since then the have been my favourite shoes!! They are so comfy and go with pretty much every outfit because they are grey. I can just slip them on pretty much straight away and that's what I like about them! If you haven't got these shoes, I would seriously recommend investing in some as they are such nice quality and so so comfy!!

My next favourite is the Body Fantasies Spray in Twilight Mist. I bought this about a month ago and every time I have taken it to school everyone's said that it smells amazing and they think it's really expensive, however as a matter of fact it is…

10 Things Year 10 Has Taught Me

Image
(this photo was taken this way, and there's no way I can change it, I've tried for about 30 mins!)
Year 10 is over, and I actually can't believe it because it's gone so quickly!! It's safe to say I have learnt a lot, not just academically but in life too. Today I'm going to tell you the 10 things that year 10 has taught me. (I don't know if you can relate to this, but if you can, let me know in the comments!!

1. I don't care what people think anymore.

I used to be so conscious of what other people think, or if they'd say things, however I don't really care anymore. Through school, you'll always have those people who talk about you behind your back, or are two faced, and you have to deal with them, but year 10 has taught me to move on. People will say things, you just have to deal with them.

2. Everything can change.

I started year 10 with a group of about 6, boys and girls, but throughout the year there have been so many changes, which I ne…

A Summer of Adventures...

Image
So in two days time, I break up from school for the summer and I honestly can't wait!! I've had a countdown since May because I've wanted school to end for a while now if you haven't already guessed!

And when I do break up, I am spending a lot of time on my blog. I will hopefully post more (I'm not promising anything), with better quality posts and pictures because I will have a lot more free time. I'm going to dedicate a day to my blog, so I am happy with it and happy with the posts I am writing/ planning.

As well as posting more (hopefully), I am also going to do more summer posts, as well as back to school advice etc. I am honestly so excited to start writing posts for over the summer!! I should hopefully be able to get a few more collabs in, as I haven't been able to do that yet!!

Moving away from my blog, I am actually off on holiday this year!! I haven't been abroad since 2015, so I can't wait to leave the country! I am hopefully going to get…

My Summer Playlist!

Image
Since getting into summer a lot more, I've been listening to a lot more music. So today's little post is going to be my playlist for the summer: it might change a little but it'll probably stay the same!! I finish school in 5 days, so will hopefully be going out to a lot of places, in which I will need music to occupy me!!

Bad Liar- Selena Gomez
Pour it Up- Rihanna
Stressed Out- Twenty One Pilots
Feeling Good- Michael Buble
Calm Down- G-Eazy
Wild Thoughts- DJ Khaled ft Rihanna and Bryson Tiller

Festival GRWM

Image
So on Friday I went to a beach themed party, but me and my friends aren't that normal, so we went as "coachella babes". And I thought why not write a post about it??

Outfit:
Top- H&M
Shorts- Forever 21
Shirt- Primark
Shoes- Adidas Originals
Choker- Primark

I love this outfit, it makes me feel very sassy and powerful. It's so comfortable and easy to wear in the summer and it includes the colours I love wearing, which is mainly black, but no, I am not a goth.

Hair-

I actually got my friend Molly to do my hair as I'm not the best. I had a half up half down hairstyle with two space buns, which are suited so well to the festival theme. To achieve this look, straighten your hair, split it into a middle parting then tie two ponytails in with 2 bobbles. then create the buns by wrapping your hair around the bobble. Pin in place and hairspray to make sure they last all night!!

Makeup-

I have to say, this was my favourite part of the night! It was the best makeup I'…

The Liebster Tag!

I was nominated by ‘@a_blogger2017’ (on twitter) who is so nice, I have collaborated with her before. Check her blog out: https://anonymousblogger999.wordpress.com/

I really don't know the answer to this because I have never owned a dog nor a cat, but I have family and friends who have them. If I really had to make a decision I would be a dog person because I can always play with them whereas cats can be a little bit lazy sometimes.

2. What phone do you have?
I have an iPhone 5s. I take my pictures on my phone and always get asked this!

3. Who is someone you would never want to meet? Why?
Hitler because he was such a horrible man.

4. Who has helped you on your blogging experience and how did they do this?
There has been a few pe…

How to Have a Productive Day!

Image
I love productive days, but it takes me ages to get into the spirit of them sometimes. So for today's post I'm going to give my tips on having a productive day.

1. Wake up to natural light.

There's no point setting an alarm, for me, it just makes me more stressed if I'm honest, because I know I have to get things done. Waking up to natural light also means having enough sleep. Being productive means you can't be tired, because tasks need to be done, and if you're tired then I'm pretty sure you'll just want to sleep.

2. Have a good breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so you have to make sure it's good for you. I try to be healthy and the most healthy I can get is having some wholemeal toast with butter. It's healthier than normal white toast though, so that's always good! Leave suggestions for healthier breakfasts for a fussy eater in the comments!

3. Make lists.

I swear by lists on productive days because it tells m…

The Eyeshadows

I think the pigmentation of these eyeshadows is good, they are not the most pigmented compared to brands such as Morphe, but this is a drugstore alternative, so I am not expecting the best, most pigmented eyeshadows in the world. There are 32 eyes…
